Hi, I'm Nicole! I'm a Registered Nurse and Holistic Wellness Coach. After years of battling my own health issues and being disappointed in the traditional "sick-care" system, I decided to take a holistic approach to my health. I am now healthier and happier than ever and want to share my knowledge and experience with the world! I believe everyone deserves to feel their best!

1:1 Wellness Coaching
Individual coaching available to help you achieve all your health and wellness goals including but not limited to: creating a healthy mindset, stress management, sleep hygiene, improved nutrition, exploring alternative healing therapies, coping with or reversing chronic illness, and much more!
Includes (5) 1 hr virtual or in person coaching sessions where together we will explore your health from a holistic approach. Taking all areas of your health into account, we will focus on finding the root causes of your health concerns. As your nurse coach, I will be your personal healthcare advocate, offer alternative therapies as needed, and guide you along your wellness journey. I will assist you in developing and integrating lifestyle strategies that are both attainable and sustainable. We will meet weekly or biweekly, agreed upon by the nurse coach and client.
This package will also include check-ins via text/email in between sessions for extra support and accountability. Will also include awareness practices, healthy recipes and educational resources specific to your needs.
